whats the thrill? i mean hitting a ball with a stick and running around bases isn't fun to me and i feel like shooting myself if i watch it on TV

whats the thrill? i mean hitting a ball with a stick and running around bases isn't fun to me and i feel like shooting myself if i watch it on TV speaking as someone who played a high level of baseball all his life and would have been drafted high if i hadnt hurt my arm, ill say this about the game of baseball. its something you have to be born with. you can enjoy the game but get bored by it very easily. people like me though, are born with a passion and desire to play. believe it or not there is alot of strategy to the game. alot of things that you dont see on tv that make it almost like a chess match. hitting a 95 mph fastball is ALOT harder than it sounds... i can understand why its not exciting to watch... but the game itself is far from boring

playing a sport rather than watching always makes it 10 times better, i can't stand watching football on TV but love playing it.
