i wanna bench and squat the same day something like Incline bench/ Incline flies and maybe some flat work. then squats/ leg press/ calve raise. then on another day i'd go savage on my back with Deads/ Rows/ DB rows/ hammer rows and close grip cable rows with some shrugs thrown in when i feel like it (same with ab work) i'd be in the gym 2-3 times a week to recover from such brutal workouts with cardio on the off days with some extreme stretching. i like this, but whats your opinion on it?
